Bhima Jewellers: an Onam video campaign that reached Calicut
'Entho oru kuravundallo': a special Onam video campaign and reel for Bhima Jewellers, one of India's best-known jewellery brands, with local promotion in Calicut that drew strong attention and reach.

The challenge
Bhima Jewellers has been a trusted name in gold, diamonds, silver and platinum since 1925, with showrooms across India and abroad.
For Onam, Bhima wanted a special awareness campaign of its own: a warm festive message that would feel personal to families in Calicut and the surrounding region, and stand out at a time when every brand is wishing customers well.
What we did
HAWKSEE created a focused Onam campaign around video, built on one simple Malayalam line: “Entho oru kuravundallo” (എന്തോ ഒരു കുറവുണ്ടല്ലോ), “something feels missing, doesn’t it?” It is a feeling every Malayali family knows during the festival, and it turned an ordinary Onam greeting into a story people stopped to watch.
- A festive video campaign: a warm Malayalam Onam greeting, Hridayam niranja Onashamsakal, “heartfelt Onam wishes”, carrying the brand’s heritage and its showrooms in Kozhikode, Sulthan Bathery and Kannur.
- A short reel for social media: a quick, shareable version made for Instagram and YouTube Shorts.
- Local promotion in Calicut: targeted promotion so the campaign reached people around the Kozhikode showroom during the festive season.

The campaign gathered strong attention and reach during Onam, and the local promotion in Calicut carried it beyond the brand’s followers to families across the region.
