EMAK Silent Heroes 2024: filling the hall for Kerala's event industry awards
We ran the 2024 marketing and promotions for EMAK Silent Heroes, the Event Management Association of Kerala's annual awards, from the social calendar to delegate posters, driving awareness and a strong turnout on the night.

The challenge
Every year, the Event Management Association of Kerala (EMAK) brings the state’s event industry together for Silent Heroes, its awards honouring the people behind Kerala’s biggest celebrations, weddings and productions.
An awards night lives or dies on two things: the industry has to know about it, and the right people have to show up. For the 2024 edition, EMAK needed a promotion campaign that built anticipation across the industry and turned that interest into delegates in the room.
What we did
We took on the complete marketing and promotion for the 2024 edition.
- Social calendar and event calendar: a planned run-up from first announcement to the awards night, so momentum built week after week instead of in a last-minute rush.
- Delegate posters and creatives: posters featuring delegates and participants, giving the industry content it was proud to share, and spreading the event through its own networks.
- Awareness campaigns: posts introducing the awards, the categories and why they matter to Kerala’s event professionals.
- A winners series for every category: a consistent green-and-gold design for each award, from Best Videography Team to Best Catering Experience, giving every winner a post to share with their own clients.
- Full social media management: day-to-day handling of the account through the campaign.
- Working as one team: close coordination with the EMAK organising committee, so every announcement, update and reminder went out at the right moment.
The campaign created strong awareness across Kerala’s event industry, and it showed on the night: hundreds of delegates and guests filled the hall for one of the industry’s most important evenings of the year.
For an association, that is the measure that counts: the community showing up for itself.
