The challenge
Roseapp offers live individual and group tuition for children from KG to +2, with 600 courses and a one-teacher-for-one-student model, run from Kochi.
Its CEO, Shanavas, had a bigger ambition: to take Roseapp to the Malayali and wider families of the Gulf. Each new country meant a new audience, new school systems and new competition, and a brand that had to feel local in every market while staying one Roseapp.
What we did
For a year we were Roseapp’s marketing sounding board and part of the team during its expansion phase.
- Social media marketing: a content approach that speaks to parents, not just students, building trust long before a parent books a demo class.
- Middle East expansion strategy: a plan for entering the Gulf market by market, with dedicated accounts and messaging for Qatar, the UAE, Oman and Saudi Arabia.
- Localised campaigns: market-specific offers and topics, from school-admission guidance in Qatar to mental maths camps, with local WhatsApp numbers for each country.
- A consistent brand: one recognisable rose identity and a clear structure (About Us, Basics, Courses, Demo Class) repeated across every market.
- An ongoing advisory relationship: a regular partner for feedback and ideas whenever Roseapp plans its next move.
Roseapp is now present in Qatar, the UAE, Oman and Saudi Arabia, each with its own local voice, alongside a verified home account of 19.6K followers. The Qatar and UAE accounts alone have passed 8,900 followers between them, a strong foundation for families across the Gulf.
